Hello! I want to share my experience with the clinic. Where to start? My first impression was this: it is a very neatly organized company, everything looked amazing, top-notch. And that smell — I will never forget it, it was very pleasant. All the clinic staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. From the very beginning I felt a warm welcome and knew I was welcome here, which is always a good sign.
Now about the dentist, Dr. Baris E. My goodness, he is simply phenomenal at what he does! From the first minute we met, he helped me feel calm and comfortable. It was obvious that he truly loves his work. His assistants also turned out to be wonderful people: everyone was ready to help, support and instill confidence.
My coordinator was Omar. He was the one I communicated with from the very start: he organized everything from the first to the last stage. He was very attentive and polite, answered every question I had and helped me feel that everything would be fine. And that’s exactly what happened. I am very grateful to him for his support and guidance. He contacted me every day, and I honestly could not be more satisfied with my experience.

I came from Australia to have E-max veneers placed, and I really love the result. I was able to choose the color and shape according to my preferences. I’m very glad I came, because the cost is significantly better than in Australia. The team was very pleasant, and the whole process went smoothly and calmly.
I was dissatisfied with my experience at DrGO Smile. The quoted prices and treatment timelines did not match at all what I encountered after arriving at the clinic. Patients are drawn in with promises of affordable treatment and quick recovery, but upon arrival in Istanbul the cost is raised and the promised services are not provided.
In my case, I was told that implants and temporary dental restorations would be placed, so that within just three days of staying at the clinic I would be able to communicate with people normally and return to work.
But after arriving in Istanbul, the coordinators changed the cost of the planned procedures and refused to provide the temporary restorations. They explained that it takes at least two weeks to make them. I was also told that in most cases they are not particularly useful anyway: patients have to wear masks and stay off work for about six months until it is safe to place permanent restorations on the implants.
