HoLEP
For the surgical treatment of benign prostatic enlargement, Acıbadem Ankara uses HoLEP — an endoscopic operation performed with a holmium laser. Everything was of the highest standard. I underwent knee surgery: meniscus suturing, stem cell therapy and chondroplasty. There was very little pain, the service was excellent, and the nurses helped me return to good health easily.
The food was excellent and healthy, the bed was very comfortable, and my window offered a beautiful view of the hills.
It is worth noting that most employees do not speak English, but this is easily resolved with a translator on the phone.
A translator also came to interpret important questions from Turkish into English.
I liked everything: minimal pain and discomfort. I felt as if I were at a resort — eating, sleeping and getting healthy 🙂 By the end of the second day, I was full of energy and ready to go to the hotel.

Neither my spouse nor I are Turkish citizens, and because this was our first childbirth, we were very anxious. However, we are very happy that we chose Acibadem Ankara. Everyone, including Doctors Demir and Kara, the reception staff, nurses and cleaners, was incredibly kind and professional.
I would especially like to mention the interpreter Murat Akgün. He does not simply translate; he has excellent communication skills that make it possible to understand our true intentions, and he is also warm-hearted and highly professional. Thank you very much for everything!
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is unsure about their choice.

On July 15, my wife successfully underwent surgery by Dr Ali Şahin for a bone growth in the ankle area.
Because she needed a long period of rest after the operation, we wanted to go through this process in Ankara, near our family, rather than in our city of İskenderun. Although we explained that we had very limited time, the doctor understood our situation, expedited the process and ensured that the surgery was performed safely within a short period.
Thanks to the kindness, attention and professionalism of all the hospital staff, especially Dr Ali Şahin, and the careful organization of the process, we felt we were in safe hands. We are leaving the hospital extremely satisfied.

In January, I had a cesarean section at Acıbadem Hospital. The only thing I can say is that the service was excellent from beginning to end.
First of all, I would like to express my immense gratitude to my beloved doctor, Professor Nuray Bozkurt. She managed my pregnancy and delivery flawlessly, so I experienced almost no pain after the surgery.
The hospital nurses and other pediatricians were also very attentive. The same applies to the catering, medical and cleaning staff.
The food and breakfasts were at the level of a five-star hotel. Even the snacks between meals were very carefully planned. We also enjoyed the festive dinner included in the maternity package.
The photographer who took pictures during the delivery also did an excellent job.
After the delivery, we stayed in the hospital for one more night because of our baby’s jaundice. Once again, we were very satisfied with all the services.
We express our immense gratitude to the entire Acıbadem team. Anyone planning to give birth should not even consider looking for another hospital.

At Acıbadem Ankara Hospital, my 8.5-year-old son underwent ear surgery for cholesteatoma. The surgery was performed by Associate Professor Dr Ali Titiz.
I would like to express our gratitude to the doctor for all his work. He conducts preoperative examinations very thoroughly, explains professionally what will be done before surgery, what happens during it and how recovery will proceed afterwards. He is also excellent at reassuring parents who have entrusted him with what is most precious to them, and personally takes care of the patient, including dressing changes.

I would like to sincerely thank Professor Rana Karayalçın, who stood by me during one of the most stressful periods of my life and managed the entire process with great care from beginning to end.
She detected the ectopic pregnancy at a very early stage, which allowed the treatment process to proceed quickly and correctly. Her approach also played a very important role in diagnosing a uterine anomaly with a rudimentary horn that had gone undetected for many years.
The surgery was extremely successful, and I had recovered by the second day. She is a doctor about whom one can say that she has a “light touch”: she truly stands out both for her surgical skill and for the confidence she inspires in her patients.

First of all, I had high expectations, but in the end they were largely not met. Too many appointments were scheduled for one day, and as a result we were unable to meet with the doctor to discuss the examination results.
We were told that the examination results could be provided in English, but afterwards it turned out that obtaining them in English was impossible without paying a very large additional fee.
I could not see my results in the e-Nabız system. Overall, I do not recommend this hospital.

Overall, my experience at Acıbadem Ankara Hospital was positive. The hospital is modern and spacious, and the navigation is clear and well organized from the entrance onward.
When visiting by appointment, all procedures are handled quickly. Although there can occasionally be a short wait during peak hours, everything is generally well organized.
The doctors and medical staff are attentive and professional and answer questions in detail. It is clear that cleanliness is given great attention: both the corridors and the rooms are kept in order.
There is parking, although it can be somewhat crowded during peak hours.
Overall, this is a hospital worth choosing if you are looking for reliable, modern and high-quality medical care.

I underwent breast surgery at this hospital and, for the first time in my life, was satisfied with a private hospital. Everyone here is so kind and attentive that I am sure you will be pleased as well.
I stayed as an inpatient, and the nurses helped me a great deal throughout the night. I would especially like to mention Zeliş, the nurse who was very responsive and kind.
The staff working in the catering service were also very pleasant. I am very demanding when it comes to cleanliness, and I was very satisfied in this respect as well.
The only problem for me was the parking: the hospital is located on a small side street, and this could be improved.
If necessary, this will be the first hospital I choose next time. 🌸

We visited the hospital as part of a check-up package that we purchased for ourselves and my wife.
The package seemed insufficient to me. I believe it should include, at a minimum, examinations by an otolaryngologist and an ophthalmologist.
The doctors were understanding, patient and attentive. I deducted one star because of the inattention of a receptionist.
