Diagnosis: surgery

I recently had the privilege of undergoing surgery at Klinikum Solingen under the guidance of Prof. Schenker and I would like to share my experience. From start to finish, my treatment and care was exceptional.

From my first appointment at the clinic, I felt well taken care of. The entire medical team took the time to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. Prof. Schenker himself was extremely professional and empathetic. He explained the planned operation, the risks and the expected course in understandable terms. This helped me to better prepare for the operation and alleviate my fears.

The operation itself went smoothly and without complications. Prof. Schenker and his team showed a high level of expertise and precision throughout the procedure. I felt in safe hands throughout.

After the operation, I was carefully monitored and received first-class post-operative care. The nursing staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to meet my needs. Prof Schenker visited me personally to check on progress and discuss further steps.

The recovery time was faster than expected and I am overjoyed with the results of the surgery. Prof. Schenker and the whole team really did a first-class job and I now feel healthier and happier than ever before.

Diagnosis: examination

I recently went to the Solingen Clinic for a medical examination.
From the moment I made an appointment, I was treated in a friendly and alert manner. The staff at the international office were very helpful and assisted me with all administrative matters.

I was looked after by a highly skilled team of doctors and nurses during the examination. They took ample time to gather my medical history and performed a thorough examination. The medical equipment and facilities at the Solingen Clinic are impressive. Everything is clean, modern and well organised, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.

After the examination I received a detailed report with all results and recommendations. The report was well structured and helped me to better understand my health condition and take the necessary measures.

Diagnosis: breast cancer

Got to the doctor Seifert after the usual check-up in Dusseldorf. The Solingen breast cancer treatment center was recommended not only by doctors, it found many reviews about it on the Internet. It is good that I had a disease in the initial stage, when it is easy to avoid serious consequences. Thanks to the hospital staff and the girls from the international department!

Diagnosis: check-up

My wife and I went for a check-up at the Solingen City Clinic, just when we were traveling in Germany, we were advised by friends to go to the clinic for a health check-up. Of course, I am not a fan of this kind of pastime, as I associate hospitals and tests with unpleasant feelings, but my wife insisted and we signed up for a check-up. It all took 2 days and I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly, qualitatively and painlessly all the tests and examinations were done, especially the gastroscopy. The results were emailed to us as we could no longer stay at the clinic. Alexandra and Maria from the international department accompanied us and translated during consultations and sent us medical reports in two languages. I highly recommend the Solingen City Clinic!

Diagnosis: esophageal cancer with metastases to the lungs and liver

I would like to write a positive review on behalf of my husband, who was treated at the Solingen City Clinic. We returned home a few weeks ago happy and healthy. My husband’s treatment took about 6 weeks, during this time we went from fear and distrust to great joy and gratitude. In Minsk, doctors in our country only spread their hands and could not offer anything with the diagnosis of esophageal cancer with metastases to the lungs and liver. In Solingen we underwent radiation therapy, daily we were accompanied by staff from the international department, and there was no fear and anxiety due to the high level of medical care. Thank you again to the doctor and the clinic staff!

Diagnosis: knee arthroplasty

In Solingen, I performed an operation on knee arthroplasty. Excellent doctors, excellent clinic. After the replacement, I experienced absolutely no discomfort. Maybe a little pain. Just a week later, I could climb stairs. It’s been almost 4 months – everything is fine. Many thanks to the team of the orthopedic department and the head doctor!

Thank you very much to the specialists at Solingen Hospital, especially to Prof. Andreas Zestehenn. He solved the problem I had been struggling with for many years.
