Had a wonderful experience with the consultant Judy and translator Jake. They were really responsive and v effective in coordinating the entire consult and op arrangement. Contrary to what I have heard, they are professional, had my interests in mind and never pushy or do any hard selling. After the surgery for a whole year, my worries and fears were communicated via wats app and qns to doctors were communicated and answered.

In fact, Dr Kim Seong Yeon didnt encourage me to do any prpcedure that she felt i didnt need. My facelift scars healed v well. Most incisions were done in hairline without the need to shave. Overall, I am happy with the whole experience.

The overall experience was great! Very modern and clean facility. Sarah, my interpreter has been very professional and she's a very caring person. I've also enjoyed the meeting with Dr. Kim Seong-Yeon. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and concerns. Unfortunately, due to high blood pressure my surgery was cancelled. A Customer Service Manager (sadly didn't get her name) kindly offered me a full refund. I've been treated at ID Hospital with professionalism and integrity. Thank you!!

I went to id for blepharoplasty under eyes and thread lifting. Their eye doctor is a magician, I got rid of my genetic dark circles without any sign of surgery. Thread lifting looks very natural, I love it. If I ever need a surgery again…

I'm very grateful to id team for super natural thread lifting, blepharoplasty and anti aging treatments. The level of service and results is impressive, much better than in Czech Republic. Worth traveling for surgery there 👍🏻
