When indicated, minimally invasive surgeries, deformity correction, and fusionless scoliosis treatment with preservation of spinal mobility are performed. Decisions are made considering the patient’s age, neurological symptoms, degree of deformity, and rehabilitation potential. In complex cases, a multidisciplinary approach involving orthopedists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, and rehabilitation specialists is used.
