cervical spine compression C3–C6
Medanta is a very bad hospital. Very greedy people work there. They do not care about patients but simply do business.

I brought my wife there for a consultation. As a corporate patient, I showed her to neurosurgeon Dr. Sudhir Dubey. The MRI, blood test, and X-ray results clearly showed compression in the cervical spine at the C3–C6 level. Before that, four doctors had recommended surgery as the only treatment option.

But Dr. Sudhir Dubey diagnosed “frozen shoulder” and prescribed a shoulder MRI along with additional blood tests. He also recommended neck exercises. When I went to do the MRI, as a corporate patient I was even refused the examination at the CGHS rate.

Then I had doubts. To dispel them, I re-registered as a new patient, fully paid for the consultation, and turned to Dr. Karanjeet Singh Narang. After looking at the same patient and the same examination results, Dr. Narang said the operation should be done as soon as possible. He completely forbade any exercises, warning that due to excessive neck movements there is a risk of paralysis.
