




Dr. Karanjit Singh Narang is the Senior Director of the Department of Neurosurgery at Medanta — The Medicity (Gurgaon, India). One of the most academically and clinically trained neurosurgeons in India of his generation.
He received his medical education at leading medical institutions in India: basic medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College (New Delhi), postgraduate training in general surgery at Safdarjung Hospital, and higher specialization in neurosurgery at AIIMS (New Delhi) in 2006.
He completed international training in spine surgery at the Technical University of Munich (Germany, 2011) and in modern minimally invasive neurosurgery methods at Wooridul Spine Hospital (Seoul, South Korea, 2012).
He works with modern surgical technologies, including the BRAINSuite® operating room and neuronavigation systems. He has significant experience in applying 5-ALA fluorescence navigation in the removal of malignant brain tumors. He was recognized with the Quality Champion Award from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers of India (NABH).
