I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. At Sarvodaya Hospital, I met Dr. Jaidrath Kumar. He is a very good eye doctor and is very attentive to patients.
Now both of my eyes are fine. The entire staff of Sarvodaya Hospital is very good. Many thanks to Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8.

We visited Sarvodaya Hospital on 18/04/2026 for a consultation with Senior Dr. Jaidrath (ophthalmologist). Our experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor spoke to my mother very rudely without any reason. We spoke politely, but his behavior was disrespectful and cold.
My mother simply said that she had eye surgery 9 years ago and previously had double surgery, so she was a little worried. Instead of being understanding, the doctor sharply replied that if you are afraid, go to another doctor and do not say unnecessary things here. This was absolutely unprofessional, especially considering it was our first visit.
Such behavior is unacceptable for a doctor. Patients come with trust and anxiety, and such an attitude only makes the situation worse. After this experience, we have no confidence in continuing treatment with him.
We do not recommend this hospital if patients are received this way.

I booked an appointment for my mother through the online system, and the booking was confirmed by SMS. However, when I brought her to the hospital the next day, the staff said that Dr. Jaidrath Kumar (eye surgeon) was absent and all appointments had been canceled.
I was not warned about the cancellation either by message, by phone call, or in any other way, which caused significant inconvenience and wasted time and travel. When I pointed this out, the administrator at the billing desk and the doctor assistant, Mr. Vikash, spoke very rudely and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and ethics in dealing with patients.
This was an extremely negative experience. The level of service is completely unacceptable; even one star is too many. Patients must be informed about changes in advance to avoid such situations.
