I am very grateful to Daghan Hoca and his team. He performed the breast reduction and lift surgery I had been afraid to have for years, very successfully. When Daghan Bey was working at Izmir Katip Çelebi University Atatürk Training and Research Hospital, he performed lip surgery on my son Mustafa Nevzat, who is now 19 months old. The doctor performed lip surgery on our child who was born with a cleft lip and palate. The surgery went very well and successfully. When we were counting the days until the palate surgery, we learned that he had left Izmir — we were very upset. Both as a surgeon and as a person — one of those rare people you do not often meet. Daghan Bey is truly the ideal doctor and a very good, very understanding person. Two years ago he performed jaw surgery on me and I was very satisfied. He is an expert in his field — you can trust him with your eyes closed. This year he performed surgery on one jaw for me, and I was again very satisfied — no problems after the surgery. My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate, but thanks to Daghan Bey, very successful work was done. There is no trace of the previous condition now. My daughter is 18 months old now, and there is not even any nasal speech. In my opinion, he deserves much greater recognition in his field, but it seems his humility gets in the way. May his path be open. I hope he will be appreciated.

I am a type 1 diabetic, so this was a high-risk surgery for me — but Dr. Daghan Isik truly took care of me and took extra precautions to ensure my safety and recovery. As for the surgeon, Dr. Daghan Isik and his surgical team (two men) were also fantastic — I have no complaints about them. The only criticism was with the hospital nurses after the procedure. (The rating of the surgeon himself is maximum.)

My surgery was scheduled for the following day at noon, but it was delayed due to an emergency, and I waited until 4:00 PM. My doctor was Dr. Daghan; I met him before the surgery along with his assistant. He seemed to assess my body and asked what I wanted to achieve from the surgery. I told him my expectations, he asked if I had a reference image — and I showed him one.

Daghan Isik is a very informative and knowledgeable doctor. I felt confident that he would be my surgeon. It has been 6 weeks since the surgery and the results are amazing. He is attentive, answers all my questions and concerns, and his staff is very caring. The aftercare specialist Cagri is very responsive — after my return to the USA he contacts me weekly.

I am very pleased with the result. My coordinators were Alara and Ismail. Ismail is the most wonderful and kindest person — a great asset to Clinic Centre, he made my experience much better. My surgeon was Dr. Işık Dağhan — a very kind, detail-oriented person who listens to all your wishes; he is a genius in his field. I am very glad that he was assigned as my surgeon.

Dr. Daghan and his team — there was also another woman whose name I do not know, who works with Dr. Daghan; his assistants are very friendly, and I felt at ease with them. If I had to point out one downside — the hospital nurses could have been a bit more polite and had difficulty understanding English. The medical care was excellent, the surgeons are top-class, and Dr. Daghan listened to my wishes — I got exactly the result I wanted. (Rating reduced to 4 due to complaints about hospital staff, unrelated to the doctor himself.)

Daghan Isik is a Turkish plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon with over twenty years of clinical experience and a strong academic career. He completed a fellowship at the plastic surgery clinic of Ohio State University in the USA, and then headed the Department of Plastic Surgery at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine for several years.

In addition to his primary speciality, he holds a separate degree in oral, facial and maxillofacial surgery, which expands his capabilities in complex facial deformities, congenital cleft lip and palate, jaw fractures and other reconstructive cases. His clinical profile includes facial aesthetics, body contouring, and complex microsurgery.
