Brain hemorrhage

I am Deepak, the husband of patient Anu.
We were here with my wife due to a brain hemorrhage.
Today we are being discharged from Max Gurgaon, where we felt as if we were in a family atmosphere.

Honestly, the surgery was a very hard period for me, as my wife could not lie calmly in bed, but the entire team did everything possible to support us during this difficult time.
What I write here is far less than these people and the whole hospital deserve.

Dr. Arun Saroha is one of the best surgeons in India I have ever met.
From the first day, when my wife had the hemorrhage, Dr. Yogesh and the entire surgical team were amazing.

The ICU team — Dr. Anish Gupta, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, and Dr. Varun.
The ICU staff Anjita Thakur and Sakshi Sharma, together with their head Shweta, worked wonderfully.
The ward staff, head nurse Rajni and her team, as well as Zainul, coordinated their work excellently.

Supervisors Pooja and Stella deserve a special recommendation.
They made everything much easier and took very good care of the patient.

Special thanks to nutrition specialist Lochan Tebak for the meals provided and the kind attitude.

Even the security staff were very responsive — Mr. Takhat Singh, Datta, Updesh, and Ramraj.
During our long stay here we truly felt a family atmosphere.

During discharge, Yogesh Shokin helped us complete everything on time and without problems.

Heartfelt thanks to the entire MAX Gurgaon hospital.

I would like to especially highlight Dr. Arun Saroha's coordinator — Ms. Riju.
She helped us a great deal, from arranging the video consultation to hospitalization.
Even after discharge she continued to help us with any questions that arose.
I am sincerely grateful to her for this.

All the hospital services were very good, including cleaning, meals, the work of the nurses, and the support staff.
I especially thank doctors Arun Saroha and Vikas Kathuria — everyone was very responsive and created a homely atmosphere for the patient.

Brain hemorrhage

Last week my 77-year-old father, Nanda Mohan Mehra, was admitted to Max Gurgaon with a brain hemorrhage.
He was first taken to the emergency department, and after an MRI the diagnosis was confirmed.

He was under the supervision of Dr. Arun Saroha and his team.
Dr. Vikas Gupta handled my father's treatment.
He was also consulted by Dr. Dang, whom my father had been seeing for 8 years.

Initially the condition was critical, and the doctors' responses were not very reassuring, as the hemorrhage was located in the basal ganglia region.
Later the condition improved, and hope returned.

We spent the next 5 days in the ward, as recovery at such an age proceeds more slowly.

The entire staff of the second floor, the physiotherapists, nurses, support staff, and even security were very responsive and helped us.

The duty manager, Mr. Sangram, was very calm and helped throughout the entire process.
The marketing department employee, Mr. Mahender, also provided great assistance.
And the billing officer, Sunil Raghav, explained all the bills to us in detail and patiently.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hospital's services and can recommend it.

Traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, post-stroke dementia

Three years ago my father-in-law was brought to Dr. Arun Saroha in a very serious condition.
He had multiple skull fractures after falling in the bathroom due to a stroke, as well as internal bleeding.
The situation was extremely critical.

It was only thanks to Dr. Saroha that my father-in-law returned to life.
Although for some time — almost 2 years — he had dementia, and he still forgets some things now, he can again handle his own affairs independently and has become a cheerful person.

I sincerely thank Dr. Saroha and his team for the treatment, support, and consultations we received throughout all this time and continue to receive at regular check-ups.
