Rules for Staying in Kalari Rasayana

- The first meeting with the doctor was rescheduled for the second day so that the patient can rest after the flight and get used to the new place and people.
- To move around the hotel, guests are given several sets of light-colored cotton clothing and special shoes. You can also walk barefoot. This is a tribute to tradition.
- You can use a mobile phone and other gadgets only in your room.
- It is banned:
- alcohol and smoking;
- exit outside the hotel.
- Wake up at the hotel at 5.30 and bedtime at 20.30.
A vegetarian menu is offered to guests. As well, in the hotel, there are no eggs, fish, coffee, tea, bread, and sugar. The clinic's chef has extensive experience in preparing dietary meals for Europeans. Meals are portioned, and it is brought to the table individually. Talking is not allowed while eating.
Conditions for Foreign Patients
Foreign guests live in detached villas or in hotel rooms that have private verandas. All rooms have VIP status. The hotel has yoga rooms, meditation rooms, a library, creative rooms, a souvenir shop, and a currency exchange office.
If necessary, translation services are available for an additional fee. The hotel has a cultural program, including dancing, music, mantra chanting, teacher's lectures, and martial arts.
