Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be mixed. At first everything seemed fine, but problems arose with booking coordination. Initially the surgery was supposed to be performed by Dr. Tugrul, but on the day of the consultation the surgeon was changed. I agreed, but afterwards there were unpleasant situations involving additional payment. The care at the clinic was good, however the communication from the representatives left a negative impression.

After long research I turned to Dr. Orhan regarding rhinoplasty, and I am very glad that I did so. Before the surgery he patiently answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I had rhinoplasty, but after the surgery there were breathing problems — this happens to one in ten patients, as it was explained to me. After rhinoplasty, problems with breathing involve additional payment, and there is no permanent solution. For two years now I have been suffering from these problems and, due to my financial situation, I cannot repeat the surgery. It is very hard for me.

I had surgery in March 2024. Initially the surgeon was supposed to be a different doctor, but on the day of the consultation I was informed about a change of doctor — to Dr. Orhan Tugrul. I had no time to think or to research the new surgeon. The care at the hospital was good, the additional night being a big plus. However, the dressings were changed less often than for my friend. Communication with the clinic representative was uneven. From the driver — a lot of help. The result of the surgery is overall acceptable, but I would recommend clarifying in advance who exactly will be operating.

Dr. Orhan Tugrul is a Turkish plastic and aesthetic surgeon with more than 8 years of clinical experience. He sees patients at the Coolest Clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Istanbul, Turkey.

Dr. Orhan Tugrul was born in 1988 in the city of Elazığ (Turkey). In 2006 he enrolled in the Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in Kayseri and completed his studies in 2012. After receiving his diploma, he worked as a general practitioner, and in 2013 he began his residency in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery in Ankara. In 2018 he obtained his specialist qualification.
