Kidney transplant, cardiology treatment
I have been coming to this hospital for 1.5–2 years because of my father kidney transplant and other health issues.
The level of medical care here is really high, and I am especially grateful to such experienced doctors as Dr. Amit Kumar (nephrologist), Dr. Sumit Sharma (urologist), Dr. Deepak Sharma (urologist), and Dr. D.K. Jhamb (cardiologist).
Their professionalism and dedication played a huge role in my father recovery, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts.

However, despite the high level of doctors, the work of the support staff leaves much to be desired.
Nurses, especially at night, lack basic empathy and attentiveness.
Only some really care about patients, while others treat them in a formal manner.
During my father kidney transplant, there were several cases of negligence and unprofessional behavior that caused dissatisfaction even among the doctors.
For example, one nurse used a container intended for one patient to take a sample from another person — this is an absolutely unacceptable and dangerous mistake.

The work of the reception and billing department also requires serious improvement.
Employees often do not know the terms of medical packages well, which leads to confusion and incorrect information.
Communication should be more accurate and carefully verified, so as not to create unnecessary stress for patients and their families.

Additional irritation is caused by the parking staff, which apparently belongs to a third-party company.
Their behavior was rude and completely inappropriate for a hospital with such a reputation.

In general, the doctors and the main medical treatment here are really excellent, but the management urgently needs to pay attention to the problems in the work of nurses, the reception, the billing department, and parking.
With better staff training and a more attentive attitude toward patients, this hospital will be able to fully meet its potential.

Cardiology examination
This was my first visit to this hospital.
I came for a consultation with Dr. D.K. Jhamb, and I can say that he is a very kind and attentive person.
I believe this is one of the best hospitals in Gurgaon.
When I entered the main reception, I was greeted by a lovely girl named Nandita, who helped me from the moment of arrival until I left the hospital.
All necessary heart examinations are available here.
The hospital maintains good cleanliness and hygiene.
Now I will recommend this hospital to relatives and friends so that they can receive quality treatment.

Cardiology treatment
I decided to share my experience.
I was very unwell, so I urgently went to Sanar Hospital to my cardiologist Dr. D.K. Jhamb, whom I fully trust.
I consider him a true blessing for people, because he never misleads patients and is a very decent person.
His diagnostics and treatment are always very accurate.

Unfortunately, as it was Sunday, he was not at the hospital, but he remotely gave instructions to the doctors on duty regarding the necessary precautions for my condition.
The doctors and the entire staff behaved very politely, and the hospital maintained cleanliness, thanks to which I felt comfortable.
I underwent several examinations, and after my condition was stabilized, I went home.

The next day I came back for a check-up and the test results, but there was confusion with my documents, which upset me greatly.
However, I met with Ms. Shwetambari Kapoor, who was very responsive and promised a refund.
To my surprise, the money was indeed returned within a week.

At this point, I am very impressed with this hospital and hope that it will continue to develop to become one of the best hospitals in India, because our society really needs such well-equipped medical centers.
