My 85-year-old mother underwent surgery at Fortis Mulund on July 15, 2024.
Our experience of staying at the clinic was exceptionally positive.
The entire staff — doctors Dr. Anil Heroor and Dr. Sitaram Prasad, who performed the surgery, their assistants who explained all stages of treatment in detail, the on-duty doctor, Dr. Ashish, who constantly helped us, the nurses, and department staff — all were very attentive and always ready to help.

I would not wish his services on anyone. I came to him for a complete change in the shape of my nose, he did not explain anything about the before and after results, and since we knew nothing — he just made me sign and called me in for hospitalization.

I went through painful stages of the procedure, and he was mostly busy and did not come on time during my stay. In addition, the nose holder that needs to be worn for weeks after discharge was a huge mass of loose white plaster without shape, covering half of my face — it was too scary to even leave the ward, let alone go to the market.

I regret his services for the rest of my life.
