I had gender reassignment by the srs-ppv procedure on the 30/04/2024 at the age of 63. I am now 3 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier. The care I received was superb, it just couldn't have been better. This is a professional clinic with a capital P. The attention to detail is second to none. From the moment you walk out of the terminal, they take care of everything. The hotel and clinic are spotlessly clean, just as you'd expect, and the staff are happy to help in any way they can.
Following a couple of meetings with Dr Kamol you have an appointment with the cardiologist to assess whether you're fit enough for surgery. They take no chances and that shows just how professional this clinic is.
The care post surgery is simply the best you could wish for, nurses in and out of your room checking everything. This continues the whole week plus some visits from Dr Kamol as well.
The care continues when you get back to the hotel with staff on hand 24 hours a day.
On the 2nd floor there is a clinic staffed by 2 nurse and you visit them twice a day to clean and check on your wounds.
I was at the Kamol clinic and hotel for just under 5 weeks and the staff in both places became like my family, always there for me and even now if I message them with a question they are happy to help.
You will make your own decision as to where you go for surgery and so you should, but you should give the Kamol clinic some serious consideration, after all, it is the place that makes your dreams come true.

I had my SRS at Kamol Hospital last year, and I'm thrilled with the results. The pre-op preparation, both physical and mental, was crucial for a smooth recovery. While I experienced a few minor, expected complications, the care from Dr. Kamol and his team was exceptional. The recovery process was also greatly facilitated by staying at K Garden Hotel, with its convenient location and excellent amenities. I had my SRS just this year and I am very happy and my partner is also very contented with the results. I never regret coming to this place. From the Hotel staff to Hospital staff, they secure that I'll be comfortable. I really thought I'll be having a difficulty due to language barriers because I only know Filipino and English language but I was shocked because the staff are good in English. Even the drivers can speak English as well. The staff are polite and courteous. I remembered from sending an email to inquire about my procedure until I went back to UK, just a smooth sailing. I cannot forget the hotel and hospital filipino staff I've met they let me feel I'm at home. The Dilation staff are very caring and careful for me not to feel the pain. Dr. Kamol is also accommodating towards my request how I wanted towards the results of my SRS. Thank you from the drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff (hotel and hospital), front desk (hotel and hospital), Registration, call center agent answering my inquiries,nurses from the OPD, ward, Laboratory, Dilation, Dr. Kamol and especially the Operating room and the Recovery room staff. Happy to see and talked to a filipina in Operating room, she made me feel at ease when I'm too nervous and even checked me out when I'm already in the Recovery room. Will be happy to recommend Kamol hospital to my friends. 5 star is not enough to rate Kamol hospital. Kudos to the people of Kamol Hospital

I was particularly impressed with the post operative counsellor ambassador Ns Oya Aydin.Daily checking in my recovery, concerns, discomfort , pep talks. Her presence at Kamol Hospital has made a significant difference to my recuperation. It is like Florence nightingale and mother Teresa who is dedicated, devoted with compassion with her intuition, wonderful and motherly disposition, who offers her listening ears to our pain,facilitating our pain relief as an intermediary and conversant translator to the medical team and nurses .

Aside to the soft skills from the nursing team.
Most importantly, Dr Kamol ,the key surgeon who is a very skilful and experienced surgeon in this medical field , he really lived up to his reputation in the aesthetic field and very confident and execute finesse in his field of work.
Not forgetting about the wonderful and caring team of Doctors ( Dr Akaradech) and dermatologist ,endocrinologist with the nurses, medical team, all are professional. The hospital facilities and equipment are high tech, saavy, Meticulous dietitian who takes good care of our convalescing during our hospitalisation stay and dietary restrictions into consideration , the doctors, nurses, medical team, service . Some names, noteworthy, Nissa, the twin nurses, Patwinda, patwindi , Mariyah,etc. Mdm Siri for her excellent leadership and coordination.
The ambassador, Ms Oya, Ms Kendra not forgetting the all the Staff at Kamol Hospital,therapist and at K garden, Special mention to Medical Director , Ms Siri, elegant and nice lady. Thank you for your professionalism, hospitality, excellent skills and services throughout my stay.

I recently had two major surgeries at Kamol Clinic... My consultant accompanied me to Dr. Jangira, who I believe is the best “butt designer” I have ever met. First, she asked me what was bothering me... Then she gave me her recommendations. The surgery went well... Special thanks to the nurses on the 6th floor. Dr. Jangira is a genius in her field. My recovery took only 2 weeks.

Thank you to Dr. Sanipreeya for fixing the terrible blepharoplasty I had done elsewhere. They used a blunt "sub-brow technique" without even discussing it with me. My upper eyelids were still drooping afterward, but Dr. Sanipreeya at Kamol Hospital completely corrected it — my eyes now look open, and my face instantly looks much better. Recovery was amazing — I felt great just a week later. Special thanks to the nurses who removed my stitches, especially Pi Ing — an absolute angel! Highly recommended.
