I applied to the Helios Berlin-Buch clinic for the treatment of testicular cancer. Good hospital with good staff. I was treated by Professor Schrader. Despite the fact that he is the head physician of the urology department, he devotes enough time to his patients. He consulted me several times to fully discuss the course of my illness. He is the best doctor I have ever met in my life!

I am very pleased with my reception. Everyone was very kind. Professor Schrader gave us enough time to discuss the medical problem. He explained everything clearly and provided written recommendations for treatment.

From the bottom of my heart I want to express my gratitude to Professor Schrader and all the staff of the Berlin-Buch Clinic for their high professionalism, efficiency, attentive attitude towards patients. He quickly determined the tactics of treatment and a week later I was scheduled for surgery. I doubted that such a complex operation as a nephrectomy could be performed laparoscopically, but the professor had golden hands. He recovered very quickly. During the week of my stay in the hospital, I never had any complaints about the staff. Everyone was very attentive, polite and friendly.

The Helios Hospital Berlin-Buch and its staff left a very good impression. Before the trip an online consultation was held with Professor Mark Schrader, a plan was drawn up for visiting doctors, examinations, and the time of the operation was scheduled. All points of the plan were strictly observed. We were very satisfied with the quality of services provided.

I didn't have any signs of prostate cancer. The neoplasm was found during colonoscopy. I was treated at the Helios Berlin-Buch Clinic, I had a consultation with Professor Mark Schrader. He ordered a radical prostatectomy, and then hormonal and radiation therapy. Fortunately, now I am completely healthy, but it is necessary to do a biopsy 2 times a year to rule out a relapse.

After an unsuccessful pelvic floor reconstruction surgery in 2022 at the Pelvic Floor Center in Hamburg, I decided to undergo another surgery in June 2023 at the Beta Klinik in Bonn. To correct my urinary and fecal incontinence I turned to Professor Ville. I would like to note the careful diagnosis carried out in advance and the discussion of its results and possible risks with Professor Ville. Everything was explained in an understandable way. The dates of the preliminary examinations and the surgery itself were well coordinated, so I did not have to constantly travel between Bonn and Hamburg, where I live. I also thank Professor Ville for this. I also want to thank the Beta Clinic team for the good treatment and care.

I have been incontinent since 2016 after being treated for prostate cancer and subsequent radiation. A consultation with Professor Ville led me to the implantation of the AMS 800, an artificial ureteral sphincter. Due to damage to the ureteral tissue caused by radiation, the implant had to be placed in four operations. Professor Ville performed all operations successfully. Follow-up (inpatient and outpatient) was also at a high level. I highly recommend this doctor.

I had several detailed consultations with Professor Ville and the surgery, which went very well. Post-operative care was also good. I recommend Sebastian Ville 100%. All staff at Beta Klinik are friendly and competent. Everything is very clean and well-kept.

I was operated on for the third time for incontinence caused by cancer radiation. In each case, an artificial bladder sphincter AMS 800 was used. Professor Ville explained the necessary interventions in advance, all surgical steps are so accessible that I, as a layman, could understand everything. The last intervention was carried out at the beginning of August 2022 and currently (mid-August) the result is successful. Both during my inpatient stay at the clinic and during the outpatient phase, Sebastien Ville was a very pleasant and reliable interlocutor who answered every question delicately. I never got the impression that I was bothering the doctor with my endless questions. I recommend this urologist for both outpatient and surgical treatment, as well as for any inpatient care.

I was in urology at Dr. Ville's, and I had a vasectomy done there. Competent consultation and very friendly staff. All together cost about 700 euros. I recommend this doctor and the clinic.

This is not our first operation. Before that we had 3 operations in Ukraine, but only the last one gave a small result. In Ukraine we were told that we need 2 more surgeries, each of which will last 8 hours... so we decided to go to Belgrade, to Rados Djinovic, from whom all our doctors learn in this area. And it was the right decision! The clinic is gorgeous, the attitude of the doctors and all the staff is the best. I was understood even with my poor English. And there was always a person who could translate all my questions. And most importantly, Radosh Jonovic and his team did everything in one step and in 3 hours. Rehabilitation was much easier. Before the operation they specify all your preferences. Painkillers were not taken. The next day after the examination of the surgeon and all the doctors were able to check out and independently go to the apartments. We are very satisfied with the result, everything is very neat. I really want to share a review of my trip to Belgrade to see Dr. Jinovich, to whom we went for correction of penis-scrotal hypospadias. Before this, we already had an unsuccessful operation, after which a lot of complications arose. And only Dr. Radosh Dzhinovich was able to fix all this in one step. We flew to Belgrade and immediately went to the clinic for a preoperative consultation. My impressions of the clinic are very good, all the doctors and nurses are very friendly, even just passing by, everyone tried to stop and play a little with the baby, everyone was always smiling, and even ignorance of the language did not overshadow the stay in the clinic, although at first it was very difficult to communicate, especially after surgery. On the day of the operation, my son woke up at 5 o’clock in the morning, and he could no longer eat or drink, we entertained him, went out into the corridor to play, and waited for the doctor to arrive. On this day, other children came for the bandages, we had a good conversation, the children played and entertained each other. Everyone waited for Doctor Radosh as if he were God. I was very worried what he would tell us in connection with all our complications, plus the urine test was not very good, but Dr. Dzhinovich said that he would perform the operation in one stage, and that everything would be fine. All this made me very happy, he gave me so much hope that everything would go very well, that I calmed down and finally believed that my son was in good hands. I realized that a person like Dr. Radosh would do everything in his power to make every child healthy, including my son. Our operation lasted more than 3 hours. After the operation, the doctor said that there was a lot of work, since there were a lot of scars, due to which there was constant difficulty urinating, but everything went fine and everything will be fine in the future. And so our postoperative period began. We spent two days and two nights in the clinic. After discharge, we went for bandages, first every day, then every other day. When there were no bandages, we went for a walk, once went to the park, and then walked around the city. On the fourteenth day we flew home. To date, almost 5.5 months have passed since the operation. Visually, the result of the operation is simply wonderful, since Dr. Dzhinovich was able to completely remove the penis from the scrotum, however, due to the consequences of the first operation, not everything is as smooth as we would like, since the stream periodically narrows, and bougienage had to be done five times already. But I really hope that the need for all these procedures will soon disappear. We regularly send Dr. Dzhinovich photos and videos and consult. At the moment, I have not regretted for one minute that we were able to fall into such golden hands as Dr. Dzhinovich. Thank him very much! I don't have enough words to express the full extent of my gratitude. I would also like to thank everyone who did not remain indifferent to us and our problem and helped us organize our trip so that my son grew up as a healthy and happy baby!

At the time of the operation, our son was one year and 10 months old. Diagnosis: hypospadias without hypospadias with curvature. We thought for a long time about where to have surgery. We did not consider public hospitals in Ukraine, since not only the result was important to us, but also the postoperative period (good conditions and service, which is not available in ordinary hospitals). In one of the best Kyiv clinics, the price was comparable to the price of an operation with Dr. Dzhinovich in Serbia, and after an incident during one of the procedures, we did not want to return to them. So we started thinking about going abroad. Russia was also not considered, since the cost of medical services for Ukrainians is approximately the same as in Serbia, and reviews are not always positive. Therefore, we were faced with a choice: Germany, Israel or Serbia. Israel was the first to drop out, and not because of the price. I wrote three identical letters to three countries with clear questions point by point. Germany and Serbia answered each question clearly. I had to correspond with Israel for a long time to get clear answers, and I never received an answer to some of them. Let me make a reservation right away that communication was conducted directly with clinics, and not with intermediaries. We thought for a long time about choosing between Serbia or Germany, but the choice fell on Serbia: the price of the operation is lower, there are more reviews. We corresponded with the coordinator Richard, set a date for the operation, bought tickets, rented an apartment. The flight went well. At the preoperative consultation, Dr. Dzhinovich said that, depending on the degree of curvature, the operation would be carried out in one or two stages, fortunately, during the 2.5 hours of the operation he was able to do everything that was needed, and we got by with one stage. After discharge, we went for bandages every 2-3 days, and the rest of the time we walked and had fun. At our last meeting, I asked Dr. Dzhinovich who he would recommend in Ukraine for our further observation, he replied that he himself would observe us by sending photographs, which is what he is doing now. Thank him very much for this. In general, Dr. Dzhinovich is a very bright and friendly person, open, attentive, he does not have any stardom or crown, unlike most doctors in the post-Soviet space. It’s difficult to put into words, and even more difficult, probably, to believe in Radosh’s kindness, humanity, compassion, attentiveness and, of course, professionalism, but that’s really who he is.

When the maternity hospital told us the diagnosis of our newborn son, we were not even afraid, because... The neonatologist said, if you do a simple plastic surgery when you’re a year old, there won’t be any problems. Later, reading forums where parents described the operations performed and their consequences, we realized that everything is actually much more complicated, and only the best surgeon, who constantly operates on hypospadias, can really do everything at once with a minimal likelihood of complications. We sifted through a huge amount of information, reviews, visited several doctors in Russia and Belarus and realized that it is fundamentally important for us that after the operation the child is not tied down and can lead a normal life, so that he does not receive psychological trauma. As a result, we began to consider the possibility of carrying out the operation abroad, although initially it seemed that it was too expensive, inconvenient, and associated with a huge number of different difficulties. After studying many reviews, we came to the conclusion that the best option for us in terms of price-quality ratio is an operation with Dr. Rados Jinovich in Serbia. We did not find a single negative review about the work of Dr. Dzhinovich, only a huge number of thanks from patients and parents of patients with various defects of the genitourinary system from Russia and the CIS countries. The cost of the operation was the same as that of the best specialists in Russia (if the operation is not carried out according to a quota), and the conditions of stay and the postoperative period were radically different for the better (according to information from those who had already visited Belgrade). It was also convenient for us that there are direct, relatively inexpensive flights to Belgrade from Moscow, you can rent housing without any problems, you don’t need to get a visa, and that life there (again, according to reviews from other patients) is cheaper than in Russia and, of course same as the countries of the European Union. In general, we went and never regretted it. I still thank everyone who wrote and is writing their stories about the operations, because it was these people who helped us make such a difficult decision. Two weeks spent in Belgrade are remembered as a vacation: daily walks, wonderful warm weather, friendly, friendly people, amazingly delicious food in cafes and restaurants, some kind of constant festive atmosphere (probably because we lived in the very center of the city, near main pedestrian street). The two days spent in the clinic did not leave any negative memories for either us or the child: the same politeness, attentiveness, and friendliness of the doctors and staff. Five months have passed since my son's surgery. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for the six-month period, because according to information from various sources, if complications do not appear during this period, then the likelihood of their further occurrence is very, very low. We are grateful to Dr. Dzhinovich, Foundation coordinator Richard Rothaaz and all the employees of the Foundation and the clinic for helping us solve our son’s problem, and that this assistance was provided at the highest level.

My son has cephalic hypospadias. I decided to get the opinion of the Israeli surgeon Avi Beri, at what age we should operate. Through video consultation I learned that we should do the operation before the age of 3, but it is better to do it as early as possible. We agreed with the doctor on the date of arrival. I am satisfied that it was he who operated. He did everything accurately, quickly. The child complained of pain while the catheter was in place. As soon as it was removed, he forgot that he was doing something.

I chose Dr. Avi Bary to treat my prostatitis because he performs minimally traumatic interventions and I was scheduled for surgery. He is a very good urologic surgeon.

I was diagnosed with Hippel-Lindau syndrome (VHL), which is a condition where multiple tumors develop in both kidneys. Since it involved two kidneys, if both were removed, I would have been doomed to have dialysis for the rest of my life. In order to save the kidneys, the urological surgeons sought help from the 3D Center, which operates here at Ikhilov Hospital, under the direction of Dr. Shlomo Dadia. Shlomo Dadia. With the help of radiologist Dr. Sophie Barnes, a 3D model of both kidneys was created with the exact location and size of the tumors. Using the model, surgeons Dr. Avi Beri and Prof. Dr. Ofer Yosepovich were able to operate on both kidneys in advance. Ofer Yosepovich were able to plan the operation in advance and remove the tumors. The surgery was successful and both kidneys were saved! I am happy and immensely grateful!

I was a patient of Dr. Avi Bary. I had minor problems except for enlarged prostate. I was on medication to shrink my prostate. The doctor recommended that I undergo a procedure called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. I was having minor problems and the meds were solving most of them, but he felt it would make things worse. Recommended that it be treated with a laser. The procedure was painful and urinating afterward was even more painful. Beri told me that recovery would last no more than 3 months. My problem worsened. I had urinary tract infections as a result of the procedure and had to take antibiotics for several weeks. The worst part was when I drank even a few hundred grams of liquid, I had 10-15 seconds to get to the bathroom. I locked myself in the house because of this. I couldn't control my urination. I called the doctor, wanted to talk to him and couldn't wait a month to make an appointment. I am not set up for telemedicine. I had to quit drinking hours before I could safely leave the house. My recovery ended up taking over six months - this is the main problem with my contacting Dr. Avi Beri.

I was vacationing in Israel when a stone started to come out. The urology department at Ikhilov Hospital has excellent doctors, they operated on me quickly, the stone was taken out, and after a couple of days I continued to rest. Thank you!

Had an operation not too long ago to remove a cyst. I was examined by Prof. Dr. Serkan Deveci and he identified the cyst and I got an operation to remove it the week after by him. We were very scared when we found out that the cause of our 2-year-old daughter's crying was kidney stones. Without urgent intervention, she could have lost her kidneys. When we could not find a solution in Tekirdag, we traveled to Istanbul. It was a very difficult process for us, but thank God our daughter has regained her health. She no longer wakes up at night from crying fits and spends her time playing heartily like her peers.
