In September 2025, I used the services of Experts Medical and would like to sincerely thank them for their high level of service and professionalism.

During the online consultation stage, my coordinator Dr. Vadym was always in touch, helping with any questions, even personal ones. It was very easy and pleasant to communicate with him. Special thanks to him for his work! Before my arrival, I received clear instructions and a video explaining where and how I would be met. The transfer was well organised, and the hotel was comfortable and conveniently located near the clinic.

At the clinic, I had great support, especially from the translator.

For my septorhinoplasty, I chose Dr. Cem Altindag. I really liked the doctor — attentive and willing to listen to all my wishes. The surgery went well, and the recovery was quite fast. It was performed at Özel Tanfer Hospital — overall, everything was good, and the room was clean and spacious.

I am truly grateful to the entire Experts Medical team for their care. I am very satisfied with the result and would definitely choose them again in the future.

happy to have Chosen experts medical I was so happy to have chosen an Doctor about experts medical. I got the surgery I wanted, my Third rhinoplasty. I know I paid a lot but it was my Third one and an expert was needed . But Doctor Vadym cared a lot and found with me the Right Doctor, Cem altindag. Even after the surgery Doctor vadym took care of me so I had to worry about nothing.

Great experience from the start to finish. I received all the required information, the international coordinators were great and responsive. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Altindag for his excellent work. I am very pleased with the result and am immensely grateful to him for it! In the postoperative period, there was no special discomfort.The most pleasant and exciting moment is the removal of the bandage when you first see your new changed nose - delight and nothing else! The surgery was performed under general anesthesia. To be honest, I was very afraid and nervous about it. As it turned out later - in vain! I fell asleep quickly and woke up quickly. After the anesthesia I felt great. I would also like to thank the interpreter, Jen, who was very nice and communicative.

Good afternoon, I am a patient from Austria (EU). I am very satisfied with the rhinoplasty itself and the result. All my questions were answered from the beginning by an assistant via whats app. I was organized a reliable transfer from/to the airport and from/to the hospital, all appointments were scheduled, the hotel was very good. The team and the surgery as a whole was very professional and Dr. Jem is a specialist who takes the patient's wishes into consideration. I wanted a small surgery with a natural result and I am very satisfied. The swelling is still there over a month later (for those who knew me before), but I only had bruising and severe swelling for the first few days after surgery. What you need to know: the surgery is done in a hospital in Istanbul, the nurses don't speak English and some of the equipment is outdated, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the surgery.You should expect these circumstances if you fly to Turkey for a nose job. Overall: I would do it again, thank you all!

Wow! I am so impressed with the service I received throughout my stay, it really has been a positive experience. To begin with I was extremely nervous to be be arranging my planned trip over WhatsApp. Anna was great at answering all my questions during the initial booking stage via WhatsApp. From everything I had read and seen online my gut feeling was to book with Dr Cem Altindag and I'm so pleased I followed through with my gut feeling. Dr Altindag was lovely, and put me at ease straight away. He was honest and listened to my concerns, therefore filled me with confidence that he could help me achieve the results I wanted from a functional and cosmetic aspect, due to a deviated septum and nose break I sustained a few months prior. Mohammed, Dr Altindags assistant was fantastic and I am very grateful for all your help during my stay. Communication was great throughout my stay. I would like to thank Jeren, who met me on the morning of my surgery. Jeren was very professional and assisted me to all my tests prior to surgery, explaining everything that was going to happen next. It was nice to chat with you, you helped calm my nerves before surgery. Before I knew it I was back in my room post surgery. I was able to return to the hotel later in the afternoon too, which was great. The hotel very attentive and always provided me with ice and water when I requested it. My follow up appointment was great and honestly am so thankful I chose to have my surgery with Dr Cem Altindag and his team. For me choosing a surgeon was important as I wanted someone who specialised in noses and had a vast amount of experience. So for me I'm extremely pleased and thankful for how quick I was able to be treated. For anyone considering booking, you won't be disappointed. Once again thank you to all of Dr Cem Altindags team at the Nose clinic. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I encounter who needs help with their nose.

I had surgery with a doctor Cem Altindağ , and it was my best decision to do it! A consultation was held where the doctor explains and answers questions. After the operation, the staff was interested in your well-being and tried to help in any way they could. The best transfer and the hotel “Büke” Special thanks to Muhamed, who is always in touch and answers any questions. Also special thanks to the translator. She did a great job. The staff is excellent, attentive!
