This is not our first operation. Before that we had 3 operations in Ukraine, but only the last one gave a small result. In Ukraine we were told that we need 2 more surgeries, each of which will last 8 hours... so we decided to go to Belgrade, to Rados Djinovic, from whom all our doctors learn in this area. And it was the right decision! The clinic is gorgeous, the attitude of the doctors and all the staff is the best. I was understood even with my poor English. And there was always a person who could translate all my questions. And most importantly, Radosh Jonovic and his team did everything in one step and in 3 hours. Rehabilitation was much easier. Dr. Vadim solved all the issues from Odessa to our departure. Thank you very much to him. At first I was very worried about how I would cope in another country without knowing the language. But he explained everything in detail, was always on the phone, answered all questions in detail, and I was calm. Thank you very much to Dr. Jinovich, his team, and Dr. Vadim. Now my child is healthy and we have gotten through all these surgeries thanks to this trip! A huge gratitude and low bow!

Hundred thanks to Experts Medical! I would like to express my gratitude to the coordinating doctor Natalia for her help, support and her responsiveness. To be honest, at first I was afraid to make arrangements for my son's treatment and examination through third parties, and especially on the Internet. But we really wanted to go to Dr. Radosh Jinovich because his talent and professionalism is known all over the world. Natalia was polite, patient and helpful from the very beginning. She helped us with communication with the doctor, with accommodation in Serbia and always answered any questions we had. She was also genuinely interested in how we were and how my child was doing. I would like to express my gratitude to the nursing staff at Sava Memorial Hospital. I would like to express my gratitude for my son's surgery to everyone involved. Dr. Djinovic from Sava Memorial Hospital is a great professional, he has golden hands. I am happy that we chose him and went to him. He is incredibly sensitive to all patients, very attentive, and from our first meeting he gave us confidence and peace of mind. We are very happy with the result. It is a happiness to see a great result. Dr. Tamara (children's pediatrician) is very affectionate and always ready to listen and answer all questions. This is so important when you are in another country with a child and need clarity and a complete picture. All the nurses are so caring and treat every patient with such warmth and care. I would like to express my special thanks to Natalia, through whom I corresponded with the doctor. Despite the huge amount of work, Natalia was always in touch, always tried to help and find a way out of the situation. I will not get tired of thanking all of you! Thank you very much! About the surgery itself. Before the operation the child was given a relaxing syrup, without stress took the child to the operating room. After 2.5 hours the child was brought asleep in the room. Waking up was easy. There were no side effects from the anesthesia. The child did not vomit, an hour later there was an appetite. The food in the clinic is excellent. Before the operation they specify all your preferences. Painkillers were not taken. The next day after the examination of the surgeon and all the doctors were able to check out and independently go to the apartments. We are very satisfied with the result, everything is very neat. I think the recovery will be very easy thanks to all the staff of the clinic. It is a happiness to see your child healthy and happy! Thank you all very much! I would like to leave a review about Natalia's work. I could not sign up my child for surgery to Dr. Radosh, there were problems with the response and appointment of the date of surgery. We are from Vladivostok. Natalia promptly responded and arranged a date for the surgery, as well as transferred all our examination directly to the clinic. We were given a date for a pediatrician's appointment and a surgery date. I think this is a great administrative job that helps patients get to the clinic quickly. Thank you Natalia.❤

I was very satisfied ! This is an example for any clinic ! I am very satisfied with the quality of services provided by this clinic ! Manager Vadim is the best specialist of his business, led me from Ukraine to the clinic and this is not easy ! Very responsive and kind person ! I really want to share a review of my trip to Belgrade to see Dr. Jinovich, to whom we went for correction of penis-scrotal hypospadias. Before this, we already had an unsuccessful operation, after which a lot of complications arose. And only Dr. Radosh Dzhinovich was able to fix all this in one step. We flew to Belgrade and immediately went to the clinic for a preoperative consultation. My impressions of the clinic are very good, all the doctors and nurses are very friendly, even just passing by, everyone tried to stop and play a little with the baby, everyone was always smiling, and even ignorance of the language did not overshadow the stay in the clinic, although at first it was very difficult to communicate, especially after surgery. On the day of the operation, my son woke up at 5 o’clock in the morning, and he could no longer eat or drink, we entertained him, went out into the corridor to play, and waited for the doctor to arrive. On this day, other children came for the bandages, we had a good conversation, the children played and entertained each other. Everyone waited for Doctor Radosh as if he were God. I was very worried what he would tell us in connection with all our complications, plus the urine test was not very good, but Dr. Dzhinovich said that he would perform the operation in one stage, and that everything would be fine. All this made me very happy, he gave me so much hope that everything would go very well, that I calmed down and finally believed that my son was in good hands. I realized that a person like Dr. Radosh would do everything in his power to make every child healthy, including my son. Our operation lasted more than 3 hours. After the operation, the doctor said that there was a lot of work, since there were a lot of scars, due to which there was constant difficulty urinating, but everything went fine and everything will be fine in the future. And so our postoperative period began. We spent two days and two nights in the clinic. After discharge, we went for bandages, first every day, then every other day. When there were no bandages, we went for a walk, once went to the park, and then walked around the city. On the fourteenth day we flew home. To date, almost 5.5 months have passed since the operation. Visually, the result of the operation is simply wonderful, since Dr. Dzhinovich was able to completely remove the penis from the scrotum, however, due to the consequences of the first operation, not everything is as smooth as we would like, since the stream periodically narrows, and bougienage had to be done five times already. But I really hope that the need for all these procedures will soon disappear. We regularly send Dr. Dzhinovich photos and videos and consult. At the moment, I have not regretted for one minute that we were able to fall into such golden hands as Dr. Dzhinovich. Thank him very much! I don't have enough words to express the full extent of my gratitude. I would also like to thank everyone who did not remain indifferent to us and our problem and helped us organize our trip so that my son grew up as a healthy and happy baby!

At the time of the operation, our son was one year and 10 months old. Diagnosis: hypospadias without hypospadias with curvature. We thought for a long time about where to have surgery. We did not consider public hospitals in Ukraine, since not only the result was important to us, but also the postoperative period (good conditions and service, which is not available in ordinary hospitals). In one of the best Kyiv clinics, the price was comparable to the price of an operation with Dr. Dzhinovich in Serbia, and after an incident during one of the procedures, we did not want to return to them. So we started thinking about going abroad. Russia was also not considered, since the cost of medical services for Ukrainians is approximately the same as in Serbia, and reviews are not always positive. Therefore, we were faced with a choice: Germany, Israel or Serbia. Israel was the first to drop out, and not because of the price. I wrote three identical letters to three countries with clear questions point by point. Germany and Serbia answered each question clearly. I had to correspond with Israel for a long time to get clear answers, and I never received an answer to some of them. Let me make a reservation right away that communication was conducted directly with clinics, and not with intermediaries. We thought for a long time about choosing between Serbia or Germany, but the choice fell on Serbia: the price of the operation is lower, there are more reviews. We corresponded with the coordinator Richard, set a date for the operation, bought tickets, rented an apartment. The flight went well. At the preoperative consultation, Dr. Dzhinovich said that, depending on the degree of curvature, the operation would be carried out in one or two stages, fortunately, during the 2.5 hours of the operation he was able to do everything that was needed, and we got by with one stage. After discharge, we went for bandages every 2-3 days, and the rest of the time we walked and had fun. At our last meeting, I asked Dr. Dzhinovich who he would recommend in Ukraine for our further observation, he replied that he himself would observe us by sending photographs, which is what he is doing now. Thank him very much for this. In general, Dr. Dzhinovich is a very bright and friendly person, open, attentive, he does not have any stardom or crown, unlike most doctors in the post-Soviet space. It’s difficult to put into words, and even more difficult, probably, to believe in Radosh’s kindness, humanity, compassion, attentiveness and, of course, professionalism, but that’s really who he is.

When the maternity hospital told us the diagnosis of our newborn son, we were not even afraid, because... The neonatologist said, if you do a simple plastic surgery when you’re a year old, there won’t be any problems. Later, reading forums where parents described the operations performed and their consequences, we realized that everything is actually much more complicated, and only the best surgeon, who constantly operates on hypospadias, can really do everything at once with a minimal likelihood of complications. We sifted through a huge amount of information, reviews, visited several doctors in Russia and Belarus and realized that it is fundamentally important for us that after the operation the child is not tied down and can lead a normal life, so that he does not receive psychological trauma. As a result, we began to consider the possibility of carrying out the operation abroad, although initially it seemed that it was too expensive, inconvenient, and associated with a huge number of different difficulties. After studying many reviews, we came to the conclusion that the best option for us in terms of price-quality ratio is an operation with Dr. Rados Jinovich in Serbia. We did not find a single negative review about the work of Dr. Dzhinovich, only a huge number of thanks from patients and parents of patients with various defects of the genitourinary system from Russia and the CIS countries. The cost of the operation was the same as that of the best specialists in Russia (if the operation is not carried out according to a quota), and the conditions of stay and the postoperative period were radically different for the better (according to information from those who had already visited Belgrade). It was also convenient for us that there are direct, relatively inexpensive flights to Belgrade from Moscow, you can rent housing without any problems, you don’t need to get a visa, and that life there (again, according to reviews from other patients) is cheaper than in Russia and, of course same as the countries of the European Union. In general, we went and never regretted it. I still thank everyone who wrote and is writing their stories about the operations, because it was these people who helped us make such a difficult decision. Two weeks spent in Belgrade are remembered as a vacation: daily walks, wonderful warm weather, friendly, friendly people, amazingly delicious food in cafes and restaurants, some kind of constant festive atmosphere (probably because we lived in the very center of the city, near main pedestrian street). The two days spent in the clinic did not leave any negative memories for either us or the child: the same politeness, attentiveness, and friendliness of the doctors and staff. Five months have passed since my son's surgery. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for the six-month period, because according to information from various sources, if complications do not appear during this period, then the likelihood of their further occurrence is very, very low. We are grateful to Dr. Dzhinovich, Foundation coordinator Richard Rothaaz and all the employees of the Foundation and the clinic for helping us solve our son’s problem, and that this assistance was provided at the highest level.
