On November 6, I underwent surgery for a narrowing of the urinary tract. The operation was highly successful. chronic urethral stricture

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Professor Dr. Abdülmuttalip Şimşek. My mother, Firuze Kantarcı, had to undergo repeated catheter insertions over a two-year period due to urethral narrowing. Despite several surgeries, the urinary passage would quickly become blocked again. Constant visits to the emergency department and ongoing infections were extremely exhausting for both my mother and our entire family.
I found the professor through online research and learned that he has extensive experience and excellent results in open urethral stricture surgery. We consulted him, and he performed open surgery to correct my mother’s urethral stricture. Since then, the urinary tract has not become blocked again.
We continue regular follow-up visits: initially every three months, and now every six months is sufficient. Three years have passed since the operation, and everything is going perfectly well.
I sincerely thank the doctor and his team. I recommend him with complete confidence. He is a very honest and straightforward specialist: if a treatment will be beneficial, he explains this clearly from the beginning; if it will not, he is equally open about it. This transparency is truly one of his greatest strengths. I wish him continued professional success.

severe urethral stricture

Hello everyone.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the doctor. About six months ago, my father underwent surgery. He had a urethral stricture, and despite visiting many specialists, none were willing to operate — we were told that he would have to live permanently with a catheter.
Fortunately, we found this doctor. He performed the surgery successfully, and the catheter was removed just ten days after the procedure. Today, my father — who had been told he would have to live with a catheter — is doing very well and can urinate comfortably.

After being diagnosed with prostate cancer, I consulted Professor Abdulmuttalip Şimşek. From the very first appointment, he inspired great confidence with his attentive, clear, and sincere approach. He personally performed my robotic prostate surgery, and the entire process was calm and highly professional from start to finish.
After the operation, I received continuous attention and support at every stage. Since I traveled from Adıyaman, I was very concerned about logistics, but the professor’s team assisted me even with accommodation, recommending a comfortable boutique hotel close to the hospital.
Fortunately, my pathology results were favorable. The catheter was removed one week later, and I am now scheduled for follow-up visits every three months with blood tests. Previously, I had been told that surgery was not possible and that only radiation therapy was an option due to potential risks.
