I recently had an eye surgery at Dünyagöz Clinic in Turkey, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with great professionalism and care.

Dr. Cem Mesçi, who performed my surgery, was incredibly skilled and reassuring throughout the whole process. His expertise and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and the results of the operation exceeded my expectations.

The transition service from the airport to the clinic and back was seamless and very well organized, which made the whole experience stress-free, especially as a patient coming from abroad.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marina during my journey to Turkey and throughout my entire stay at the Dünyagöz clinic. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to support me with any issue I faced. Her hospitality and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The room provided at the clinic was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I was also pleasantly surprised by the meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served daily, and the quality of food and service was excellent.

I traveled from Ukraine by bus for 28 hours to undergo two plastic surgeries at the same time. The organization was rated 5 out of 5. Marina (doctor-coordinator) coordinated with the plastic surgeon, and I received a very pleasant and significant discount. At the bus station, I was met by a transfer: a man and a woman named Zarina (very attentive, communicative, pleasant, and a professional in her field). The organization was top-notch! I want to express my gratitude to Marina, Zarina, Aelin, and the man (a Turk, I don’t remember his name), who was also involved in the organization. Our wonderful experience with Dr. Coordinator Marina.
I would like to express my great gratitude to Dr. Marina, as well as to her assistant Marina. In the shortest possible time from the moment of leaving a request, I was contacted by the assistant Marina, carefully listened to the essence of our problem and passed the information to the coordinating doctor Marina. Then we listened to the diagnosis in detail, clarified all the data and in the shortest possible time selected a method of treatment, a clinic, as well as a highly qualified professor who met all our needs. I would also like to note that our financial capacity was taken into account and we were offered an option that also suited us. Dr. Marina was on call 24/7 and answered all our questions very quickly. A consultation with a professor neurosurgeon was quickly scheduled and the surgery was organized. We were also assisted in purchasing tickets, booking a hotel and organized airport transfers. Upon arrival at İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital in Istanbul, we were met by our interpreter Juliana, a very responsible and helpful person. She was with us from the beginning of the consultation with the neurosurgeon to the very discharge from the hospital, explaining every point that we were interested in. We would also like to note the high professionalism and attentive attitude to patients of Prof. Baran Yılmaz and his assistants. The İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital that was chosen for us has modern medical equipment, excellent and responsive staff in the clinic.

I was very satisfied with the clinic. I had a hair surgery and the har was planted thickly and qualitatively.

Breast lift and augmentation.

I did in October, 24 years old. In principle, everything liked, there were small questions on administrative issues: had to clarify where and what will happen, who is responsible for the transfer, etc.

But in the end the operation itself was successful, recommendations were received, all my questions were answered promptly. They were even very helpful when I needed to change my transfer location.

If I want to change anything else about myself, I will come to the same doctor!
