I recently had the opportunity to visit a hospital in Hisar, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The medical staff was highly professional, attentive, and caring. From the moment I entered, the reception was helpful and efficient, and the doctors took the time to explain everything clearly.
The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the medical equipment seemed up to date. I appreciated how quickly the tests and treatments were carried out, which made the whole process much smoother.
I would like to sincerely thank all the doctors and medical staff, especially Dr. Ali Gözüküçük, Dr. Kıvanç Derya Peker, and hematologist Dr. Oğuzhan Babacan. Their professionalism, care, and dedication made a real difference in my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality medical care in Hisar.

Amazing Service - Went for my fathers cancer treatment. Mastectomy, and Low Anterior Resection.
Initially went in just for a masectomy, but later discovered a pre cancerous lesion in the lower rectum area. What was initially a stressful situation was alleviated by the staff at the hospital. My father was treated by Dr. Nuri Alper ŞAHBAZ & Dr. Kıvanç Derya Peker. Both were absolute consummate professionals. Coming from the UK we required translators to ensure accurate relay, despite most/all the staff speaking good english. This is where the magnificent quality, etiquette, professionalism of their translators were on full display.

Israa was one such translator. During a trying time she would always try her best to keep you at ease, with a warm smile and assurance. Accurate translations were also her strong point. talking to her sometimes felt like talking to someone from kings cross! The other translators were also of premium caliber.

In sum and substance, my experience at hisar was a good one. No one likes to go to a hospital, but the staff and wider team ensured we were taken care of. That is what my father remembers the most, being taken care of.

Hisar hospital is very well equipped and comfortable. Doctors from oncology department Kivanc Derya Peker and Ummugul Uyeturk are very knowledgeable, experienced, supportive and helpful. They accurately interpreted all obtained analyses and proposed various available types of treatment during consultations. many thanks to them and their assistants. If you are visiting this hospital from Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan, try to contact translator whose name is Aikerim. She translates for patients from Turkish into Kazakh or Russian and vice versa. She is very meticulous, super responsible and usually does her best to pass information from doctors to patients in the most accurate way using all available resources and means she has. We never felt indifference from her side when she was translating for us in comparison with previous translator. Kudos to Aikerim who was very empathetic and supportive.

In April 2024, following examinations and tests at your hospital, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. As of today, after six months of treatment at your hospital, I have successfully overcome the cancer.
During this time, I wish to express my gratitude to Associate Prof. Dr. Tarık Akar, Prof. Dr. Kıvanç Derya Peker, and Prof. Dr. Süleyman Alici.
I also thank the nurses and ward staff for their care and support during the surgery and chemotherapy.

At the end of July, my mother, a citizen of Ukraine, underwent a VIP check-up at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. Thanks to the highly qualified specialists, her cancer was detected very quickly, and she was urgently operated on. Throughout this time, my mother was accompanied by the interpreter Mehri Saltık — a very attentive and kind person. Special thanks also to the hospital staff member Gulshirin Beshimova.
