Medstar Antalya Hospital is a modern medical center founded in 2009 and located in the picturesque Yildiz district of Antalya near the ancient park of the same name. Medstar Antalya occupies a closed area of about 19,000 square meters and can admit up to 124 patients at a time. - Neurosurgery. The neurosurgical department of the clinic provides services for diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the brain and spinal cord, spine and peripheral nervous system. The department has a PET/CT machine, Trubeam STx radiosurgery unit, CUSA ultrasonic destructor-aspirator for fast and safe removal of tumors and other modern equipment.
- Nuclear Therapy.Innovative treatment methods such as radioactive iodotherapy, radio-microsphere therapy, palliative treatment of bone pain with radioisotope samarium-153 are used here.
- Oncology. Medstar Antalya is justifiably proud of the achievements of its Oncology Department, which successfully treats a wide variety of cancers. Oncologists use modern highly effective methods of anti-tumor therapy, such as personalized chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiosurgery, chemoembolization, radioembolization, chemo-embolization method and others.
- Orthopedics and Traumatology. The department treats all types of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Here they perform complex spine surgeries, joint endoprosthetics, surgical treatment of ligament tears, recurrent dislocations, as well as various types of injuries.

Diagnosis: oncology
I came to Medstar Hospital in Antalya in August 2024 in a very serious physical condition. I had no diagnosis, no knowledge of Turkish, in short, I was helpless. Luckily in the hospital we were lucky to have an interpreter Saida, a person of high organization, competence, and professionalism. We managed with her help to get all the necessary tests done in a week, get consultations with specialists and the diagnosis and treatment was determined within 2 weeks. I am now in the process of treatment at the hospital. I don’t want to imagine how much harder my hard road to recovery would have been if it wasn’t for the help of specialists like our Saida, Dr. Oncologist Prof. Mükremin Yusal, nurses. My husband and I are very grateful to all the staff at the hospital and we are very hopeful for recovery.

I went to Medstar Antalya to see Prof. Ismail Gömceli, who I consider one of the best surgeons in Turkey. His professionalism and attentiveness inspire confidence. The services of the hospital are at a high level, but the prices announced before the surgery almost doubled after the surgery, which caused inconvenience. I recommend that you check the cost in advance.
