Hello,
On 07.10.2025, I had my endoscopy performed in the Gastroenterology Department by Uzm. Dr. Alp Atasoy.
It was the first medical procedure of my life, and I was quite anxious. However, thanks to my doctor’s polite and reassuring explanations and his friendly attitude, I felt safe and decided to go through with the procedure.
Many thanks to Ms. Şilan, who helped me with the registration — her warm smile and calm words really eased my anxiety.
To Nurse Elif, who prepared me and comforted me when I cried, even bringing me a tissue.
To Nurses Ayşe and Feray, who took care of me during the procedure, talked with me, and made me laugh.
And to my doctor, who visited me before and after the procedure, making the whole process so much easier.
As my doctor said — I simply fell asleep and woke up without feeling anything ☺️😅
In fact, I even wanted to keep sleeping a bit longer after waking up 🥹

I recently underwent a plastic surgery procedure at this hospital, and my experience was absolutely exceptional.
From the very beginning, the staff — especially Plastic Surgery Coordinator Mr. Yasin Yalçın — were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
He patiently answered all my questions, which immediately put me at ease. Even before the consultation, he was very responsive over the phone, and I truly appreciated that.
The facilities were modern and spotless, and the operating room was equipped with the latest technology, making me feel completely safe.
My surgeon, Dr. Cem Öz, was highly skilled and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure.
After surgery, the nursing staff provided outstanding care, checking on me regularly and ensuring a smooth recovery.
I’m very happy with the results and wish I had done it sooner!
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering plastic surgery — excellent staff, facilities, and care.

Although this is a private hospital, the staff often behave indifferently.
I’ve seen several different doctors, but they tend to give brief, technical explanations and end the consultations quickly — it feels like they’re focused on patient numbers rather than quality care.
From a cost–benefit perspective, the hospital is well-equipped and modern, but the doctors’ approach to patient communication needs improvement.
