Nice and lovely staff but they communicate poorly especially on WhatsApp, they sit you down and take you places with no explenation and just knod and smile, they dont let you know your options when it comes to pain medication and I suffered a lot after my first surgery because of it, there paper work is very disorganised and they repeatedly ask you the same questions as a result. The website is not updated and certain things on there don’t exist so please ask questions, for example there is no buffet breakfast. Dr Kamol is very abrupt and you don’t get exactly what you ask for, they say yes yes yes on WhatsApp but when you get here Dr Kamol changes it so you have to expect compromise, you have no choice. Although staff are sooooooo nice I was wrapped up after surgery and sent back to my apartment with no after care instructions, I had to YouTube it. I would come back but I would be more assertive and ask many more questions to someone that understands, which is not easy to find at the hospital.

I had gender reassignment by the srs-ppv procedure on the 30/04/2024 at the age of 63. I am now 3 months post surgery and I couldn’t be happier. The care I received was superb, it just couldn’t have been better. This is a professional clinic with a capital P. The attention to detail is second to none. From the moment you walk out of the terminal, they take care of everything. The hotel and clinic are spotlessly clean, just as you’d expect, and the staff are happy to help in any way they can.
Following a couple of meetings with Dr Kamol you have an appointment with the cardiologist to assess whether you’re fit enough for surgery. They take no chances and that shows just how professional this clinic is.
The care post surgery is simply the best you could wish for, nurses in and out of your room checking everything. This continues the whole week plus some visits from Dr Kamol as well.
The care continues when you get back to the hotel with staff on hand 24 hours a day.
On the 2nd floor there is a clinic staffed by 2 nurse and you visit them twice a day to clean and check on your wounds.
I was at the Kamol clinic and hotel for just under 5 weeks and the staff in both places became like my family, always there for me and even now if I message them with a question they are happy to help.
You will make your own decision as to where you go for surgery and so you should, but you should give the Kamol clinic some serious consideration, after all, it is the place that makes your dreams come true.

Had my very first Rhinoplasty done here. I am so glad to have achieved a one-time success, as I’ve heard stories of revision cases in other places. Pictures shown are 2 weeks post surgery as I’m writing this. I wanted a natural look, and Dr. Kamol gave me that. Understandably, more healing time (up to one year) is required to see the final results.
One thing I wish to emphasize for those considering, do remember to remove face ID on the phone just before surgery. I had a hard time resetting face ID on my iphone after surgery

Kamol Cosmetic Hospital is such a wonderful hospital. The hospital is very clean, has good vibes, and is beautiful. Dr. Kamol who is the surgeon could provide all procedures or answer any questions that you are concerned about. The nurses in ward 6 where I was admitted were amazing and very helpful, and they were so friendly and kind. I was not worried at all even I was alone for my surgery because they took care of me like one of a family member. Moreover, the staffs also provided excellent information and details that you have doubt. I was not disappointed to choose Dr. Kamol as a surgeon to change my dream to become true. Last but not least, I will definitely come back again to do something else about my appearance when I am ready and recovered well from this time. I highly recommended Kamol Cosmetic Hospital.
