Going to Fortis and getting myself treated there was God send. Though the admission process is time taking but everything after that is smooth.
Special thanks to Dr Himanshu and his team .
Appreciation for Dr Salil Jain and his dialysis centre which runs smoothly under the supervision of Technicians and nurses. A special mention of Head technicians Ashwin,Sahib Kamal and Anuj who don’t sit for a minute but are always on their toes checking on patients. God bless you all.

I had a great experience during my recent visit. Akanksha Tiwari removed my stitches with excellent care and precision—I didn’t feel any pain at all and was completely comfortable throughout the process. Her friendly and professional behavior really stood out and made the experience very reassuring. I also want to appreciate Mahinder, her support assistant, for being helpful and attentive during the procedure. Their teamwork and warm attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

I went there from Bangladesh for my dad who was suffering from Heart disease along with stomach cancer. I will share my details experience. 2 surgery was done. Open heart surgery by Dr.Udgeath Dhir , very experienced good doctor And the stomach is operated by Dr. Amit Javed and his team. May Allah bless him. These 2 surgeons are best in their field. Hospital nurses in the ICU 6 are very good. I really liked the management, responsibility and politeness in ICU. Their friendly behaviour actually helps patient to support mentally. But after surgery we went there to Dr. Ankur Bahl for chemotherapy but he was the worst doctor. Irresponsible and gave chemotherapy that was not suitable for heart patient. I hope the hospital will reduce this type of doctor who are harmful to the patient. Without him other facilities all are good. Thank you.

Nursing team was very attentive and soft spoken. They exactly knew how to get things done. My son surgery and entire stay was very comfortable.

I visited Fortis for my pregnancy and delivery. Overall experience was fine but wanted to put some light on the experience of the stay. As a maternity point the focus should be on baby risk cover and hygiene. I strongly recommend for double sharing room to be given to other maternity patient only so that celebration goes along and also from hygiene purpose. As my room was shared with the old age people do bathroom hygiene was pathetic and the patient had brain tumor so not good from the celebration purpose.
Please consider this situation and assign the rooms accordingly.

The stars are only for the liver transplant doctors & team along with nursing staff of Transplant ICU.

Pros
– The doctor’s are quite good as expected from doctors of a well renowned hospital.
– Excellent infrastructure

Cons
– Nursing staff are always fresh interns except the ICU nurse’s.
– Admission & billing sections are the worst part. You will be transferred from one counter to another to get your admission & discharge done.

During lockdown, I have visited the facility and observed that, services were as per COVID guidelines and standard.
Lots of international patients were also there and seems it is very famous globally because lots of outside India families are using this for the treatment of their loved one.
All doctors and nursing staff are very professional and experienced.
One can find it expensive but the way they deliver service or treatment counter those things.
