On August 8, I was hospitalized by ambulance, and then transferred to the 2nd department of the clinic. In both areas, I was treated with great respect and care. Doctors and staff are competent and responsive. In particular, I found that interacting with nurses on duty at night in the rescue/emergency center was very calming and relieved anxiety. The general practitioner referred me to the emergency room. Waiting and treatment time is about 5 and a half hours. This is the emergency room.
I sincerely thank the workers in waiting area 4, especially doctor Tatiana Unra, nurse Riko and other medical staff. They do an excellent job. They helped me and I’m grateful for everything. Yes, it’s a shame to wait, but often the family doctor will not be faster.
