Together with colleagues, Professor Klausner has long and successfully performed cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). This complex treatment involves the radical removal of the tumor and metastases in the abdominal cavity, followed by its treatment with a heated solution with a chemotherapy drug. This modern interdisciplinary approach makes it possible not only to prolong life but also to cure 30 to 50% of patients with advanced cancer, depending on the type of primary tumor. After operations, thanks to the work of an ultra-modern intensive care unit, professional care, and the complete absence of nosocomial infection, patients stay in the hospital for only 3-5 days.
Herzliya Medical Center operates and rescues patients with oncology who were denied treatment at their place of residence, including due to tumor inoperability, advanced age, or concomitant diseases.
Endoprosthesis Replacement of Joints in Herzliya Medical Center
Endoprosthetics of the hip and knee joints in this center is a one-day surgery. Preoperative preparation includes visualization of the joint and intervention planning using 3D technologies. This allows to install a prosthetic joint so that it immediately functions like a natural one. The minimally invasive operation lasts less than an hour. Heart valve replacement without surgery in the elderly

Catheterization is performed through the femoral or subclavian artery. The patient can choose the type of anesthesia: general anesthesia, local anesthesia, or sedation (light sleep). The discharge from the hospital will be in 3-5 days.

We came with a problem in the field of gastroenterology. My boy is 7 years old, for several months he could not be diagnosed in Moscow (although we were in several clinics). He has very low hemoglobin and iron levels, persistent diarrhea for 8 months, plus severe abdominal pain.
We turned to Herzliya Medical Center, the answer was not long in coming – they organized our visit in a matter of days. Real professionals work in the international department: everything is clear, fast, to the point.
Professor Gabriel Dinari is a specialist in the field of gastroenterology from God, besides a pleasant, sensitive person. On our way to the examination, we had to do procedures that were unpleasant for the child: gastroscopy and colonoscopy. I want to say that the child did not feel anything, there was neither fear nor discomfort. All the way: kindness and human attention.
The boy was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and prescribed the necessary medication. We just started treatment, but after a week we noticed minor changes, which is good news. At the end of our visit, we were handed over all the documents, the results of tests and examinations, as well as the doctor’s conclusion.
