I would like to express my great gratitude to Dr. Marina, as well as to her assistant Marina. In the shortest possible time from the moment of leaving a request, I was contacted by the assistant Marina, carefully listened to the essence of our problem and passed the information to the coordinating doctor Marina. Then we listened to the diagnosis in detail, clarified all the data and in the shortest possible time selected a method of treatment, a clinic, as well as a highly qualified professor who met all our needs. I would also like to note that our financial capacity was taken into account and we were offered an option that also suited us. Dr. Marina was on call 24/7 and answered all our questions very quickly. A consultation with a professor neurosurgeon was quickly scheduled and the surgery was organized. We were also assisted in purchasing tickets, booking a hotel and organized airport transfers. Upon arrival at İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital in Istanbul, we were met by our interpreter Juliana, a very responsible and helpful person. She was with us from the beginning of the consultation with the neurosurgeon to the very discharge from the hospital, explaining every point that we were interested in. We would also like to note the high professionalism and attentive attitude to patients of Prof. Baran Yılmaz and his assistants. The İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital that was chosen for us has modern medical equipment, excellent and responsive staff in the clinic.

I would like to thank Experts Medical, namely Dr. Konstantin for prompt organization of medical treatment. I contacted the company through the website and on the same day I received a reply on WhatsApp from Konstantin. Konstantin organized a face-to-face consultation at LIV Istinje University Hospital, transfer from the airport and to the airport, booked a hotel and announced the date of the consultation at the clinic, everything went quickly and organized, many thanks to Dr. Konstantin, Marat, Dr. Orhan Fakhri Demir, translators Juliana, Emin and Vera.

I came here in the spring of 2022 with a diagnosis of stage 4 adenocarcinoma.

The organization of the treatment process was handled by the head of the International Department, Lala. The organization was at the highest level. I was admitted to the hospital immediately and started treatment without delay, as the malignant process was progressing.

I received modern diagnostics, treatment – chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The disease receded. A PET CT scan 7 months after treatment showed a complete absence of tumor activity.

Liv Istinye is a modern and well organized hospital, especially for international patients. All steps of our trip were planned carefully. Doctor Baran Yilmaz answered all important questions about the forthcoming procedure, he was pleasant and open for discussion. He and his assistant, Esra performed the procedure professionally and with kind approach that minimizes my discomfort and anxiety. Our experience was fulfilled by the efforts of Edina who helped us for organizing the trip and Lejla who was with us in the most difficult moments.

Associate Professor Umit Koc performed an operation on my father, my father, who had a heart disease at the age of 85, got up that day, thank God, a very caring doctor, very decent quality in the hospital, we were very satisfied, thank you for everything to the staff of Liv Hospital.

I like the environment, and discipline.The staff are very kind cooperative specially in the radiation oncology department. I’ll write down my impressions about the hospital while while my radiotherapy visits and will add my comment to this preview according to any action in the hospital.

En août 2024, je me suis rendue à l’Hôpital Medstar à Antalya dans un état physique très critique. Je n’avais ni diagnostic ni connaissance de la langue turque, en bref, j’étais complètement démunie. Heureusement, nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier à l’hôpital de l’aide de notre interprète Saida, une personne d’une grande organisation, compétence et professionnalisme. Grâce à son assistance, nous avons pu effectuer tous les tests nécessaires en une semaine, consulter les spécialistes, et le diagnostic ainsi que le traitement ont été déterminés en l’espace de deux semaines. Je suis actuellement en cours de traitement à l’hôpital. Il est difficile d’imaginer à quel point mon long chemin vers la guérison aurait été plus difficile sans le soutien de spécialistes comme notre Saida, du professeur oncologue Mükremin Yusal et des infirmières. Mon mari et moi sommes extrêmement reconnaissants envers tout le personnel de l’hôpital et gardons un grand espoir de guérison.

J’éprouve toujours un certain inconfort dans l’atmosphère hospitalière, mais à Medstar Antalya, on m’a proposé un check-up sans attente, et tous les examens et procédures ont été réalisés de manière complète et minutieuse. Le personnel s’est montré amical et attentionné. Je recommande vivement de faire appel aux professionnels de Medstar Antalya.

Récemment, j’ai subi une hystérectomie à l’Hôpital Medstar Antalya. J’ai eu une consultation pour une rhinoplastie avec le Dr Hasan Yilmaz, qui s’est révélé être un spécialiste très qualifié et attentif. Le personnel, en particulier Özge Uçar, m’a accompagnée avec chaleur et soin à chaque étape. Le 22 novembre, j’ai consulté le service d’ophtalmologie de l’Hôpital Medstar Antalya. Je remercie le personnel de l’accueil, l’ophtalmologue Zafer et son assistant, ainsi que le pédiatre Kerem, le médecin préféré de ma fille, et l’infirmière Muradie pour leur attention. Le Dr Fatih Gündoğdu est un spécialiste remarquable. Bien que j’aie été sceptique à l’égard des cliniques privées, Medstar Antalya a changé mon opinion grâce à la rapidité, l’orientation vers la résolution des problèmes et l’attention des médecins et des infirmières. Je me suis adressé à l’Hôpital Medstar Antalya au professeur Ismail Gömceli, que je considère comme l’un des meilleurs chirurgiens de Turquie. Son professionnalisme et son attention inspirent confiance. Les services de l’hôpital sont de haut niveau, mais les tarifs annoncés avant l’opération ont presque doublé après celle-ci, ce qui a causé des désagréments. Je recommande de vérifier le coût à l’avance.

Le 17 août 2023, j’ai accouché à l’Hôpital Medstar Antalya. Du Dr Murat Bulut au personnel infirmier du sixième étage, tous ont été attentifs et chaleureux, m’aidant à gérer l’anxiété de mon premier accouchement. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur patience et leurs soins !

Le Dr Demir est un pédiatre exceptionnel, toujours précis dans ses diagnostics et extrêmement attentif. Notre famille fait confiance à Medstar Antalya depuis longtemps et apprécie la qualité des services de l’hôpital. Yesterday I underwent a minor surgery in the general surgery department. I am grateful to my doctor OSMAN YUKSEL and also to my nurse SUMMAYA. You took such a wonderful care of me, thank you very much.

Had an operation at the orthopedics department and stayed for a day. The close attention of the medical staff (especially Ms. Ece, my nurse) and the competence level of my doctor, Prof Dr. Şadan Ay were amazing. I don’t recommend anybody to get sick but if you are sick this hospital is the right chouce to receive the best treatment.

We can’t thank our women’s health and obstetrics doctor, Associate Professor Dr. Faika, enough. She always supported us both before and after labor. She is not just a doctor, but more like a member of your family, supportive both psychologically and spiritually. Despite her busyness, she is always on call, with a smile on her face and with inexhaustible positivity – a unique woman, doctor and mom. Alp and I are very happy. We are glad to have you, doctor. Doctors like you should be appreciated in this country. To receive dozens of patients and newborns day and night, paying attention to each with such dedication and labor – it is very difficult. Your labor is impossible to appreciate. A huge thank you to Medicana and to you.
Also endless gratitude to the breastfeeding nurse and educator Filiz Hanim. The first moment after giving birth is so important. Were you able to breastfeed? Or will you be able to manage your milk properly to help your baby? She supported us psychologically and was always there for us, keeping us from thinking about such questions. My son is now 8 months old and we are still getting useful information from her and that makes us very happy.

On January 6, my wife underwent a cesarean section surgery. We went to Dr. Emre Günakan, Associate Professor, on recommendation and we were very satisfied throughout the whole process, from start to finish. Thank you to the anesthesiologist Dr. Gaza Akkurt and the entire operating room team for their care and attention. My wife was pain free and quite comfortable until discharge. The nurses and all the staff on the ward were also very helpful.

I had a bone marrow transplant in the bone marrow department, everything went well. I would like to thank Ekin Kurchali. I would like to thank the nurses of the department Merve Ezbek, Onur Atak, Hatice Yarar, Ishinsu Shark. They were very helpful, very diligent and very skilled in their work.

Hello, we came from out of town to see a thoracic surgery doctor, Dr. Rekha. I can’t say anything bad about the doctor, he is a true professional, it’s good that our paths crossed with him. We stayed on the 10th floor, the nurses Gulnaz hanm, Esra hanm, Aybyuke hanm, Simge – all very attentive. Nurse Meral – I was very satisfied with your help, thank you very much!

My father was in the hospital for 3 days after surgery. Nursing services could be better, it is wrong to largely leave the care of the patient on the shoulders of the attendant.

My dad was suffering from tumor in between his eyes. He was operated on by Op. Dr. Hakan Yakupoğlu. My dad woke up a few hours after the oppression and he wasn’t in too much pain. And he even started walking the next day. We thank Allah for leading us to a nice hospital and a great doctor. Totally recommend.

I’m a patient after kidney transplantation, so it’s extremely important to me to keep a certain level of medicine concentration in the blood because I can loose the kidney. I came to Medicana to pass the specific blood tests and I needed the results to be ready the same day. The guy on the reception promised they would send the results to my email the same day but after they actually took the blood it appeared that the most important test would be ready only tomorrow! This is totally unacceptable!!
